Reiki - Usui System of Natural Healing
Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing that has been practiced for centuries. Free energy from the universe is channelled through the practitioner to the client in order to assist in healing on all levels. This subtle "Chi" energy is the life force energy that exists in all things.
Reiki has profound measurable effects on the human body as well as all living things. It is practiced in medical hospitals around the world including Australia.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Massage
We offer two options for this service. A consultation and 30 min focused area massage will be included in the 40 min initial session and needs to be booked prior to the second option which is a full body 1.5 hour MLD massage to determine client suitability.
The lymphatic system sits between the immune and circulatory system and is our main waste disposal unit. Unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system doesn't have a pump so manual lymphatic drainage is the most effective way to circulate and rid the body of toxins that may be stagnant in the body. There are countless health benefits to this massage, some of which include; increasing immunocompetent B and T cells by up to 30%, increasing surface area blood flow, and softening tissues. This is the perfect massage for; detoxing and dieting, facial swelling and puffy eyes, dental surgery, preparation for major surgery, sinusitis and ear infections plus so much more.
Reiki Restore
Experience the ultimate healing session with Reiki Restore. During the 90 min healing session you will receive a combination of modalities tailored specifically to your unique needs. Using an individualised approach to wellness this 90 min session will include Reiki energy healing with a personalised guided meditation, chakra balancing using a pendulum and crystal therapy, aromatherapy and Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). During the session we use specific binaural beats and tones from the Solfeggio frequency scale to transition your brainwaves into deeper states of consciousness to access your bodies natural ability heal at a faster rate. Tuning forks that carry specialised hertz will be used around the body's BioField in order to restore the energetic layer back to homeostasis as well as copper singing bowls being placed on areas of the body to alleviate stress and aid in cellular repair.
Reiki Restore is designed for those who have specific blockages in their energy centres they wish to address as well as those who want to experience the ultimate relaxing and restorative session that adresses the conscious and sub-conscious mind. The practitioner will spend the first few minutes of the session addressing and discussing key concerns to individualise each session to your current needs.
Energetic Clearing
White Californian sage, palo santo, crystal energies and Reiki is used to clear the space of your home or office. This service is designed to lighten the energy of the space- we do not claim to interact or clear “spirits” from a house.
We use a generous amount of sage and will go into every corner of the house therefore the house will get smokey and needs to be well ventilated to avoid smoke alarms being triggered. No one apart from the person conducting the clearing is to be on the property at the time of the clearing including pets.
Channeled messages may come through that we will pass along to you at the end of the session.
The service will take a maximum of one hour depending on the home. For every 5km out of Sunbury an additional $5 fee applies.
Photo Distant Healing
We provide healings and photo readings whereby the person receiving the healing doesn’t need to be physically present. Intuitive messages may arise from the photo that will be passed on to you. You may wish to send a healing to a loved one that has passed over or perhaps someone on the other side of the world. Please email images to “santulan.holistic.wellness@gmail.com” and any messages that are channeled will be sent via reply email.
Spinal Energetics
Spinal Energetics is a modality developed by Chiropractor and Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane. It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, to harness a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves.
Through light yet powerful touch (and often no touch), an organic flow of movement and sound begins and progresses to shift, unwind, discover and release tension, resistance, and stories that may have been stored in the body. The movements and sounds are natural and primordial, they are a response to the treatment and are driven by an individual's energy, intuition and instinct.
Spinal Energetics is not something we ‘do’ to a client, it is a practice of collaboration to cultivate and support deep self-awareness in our clients to help them soften and-or strengthen patterns of resistance and-or submission that may be preventing wellbeing from flowing to them.
Influenced by various modalities, such as Network Spinal, Kundalini Activation Process, Alpha Alignment, Shamanism, Inner Dance, Reiki, Esoteric Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Trauma Release and Pranayama. With the incorporation of philosophies of Buddhism, Hinduism, Chinese Medicine, Yogic and Meditative traditions.
